Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between Spiralflare ("we", "us", "our") and users ("you", "your") of our cloud server management educational platform and services. By making a payment or enrolling in any paid course or service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for course enrollment and services:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- PayPal and other digital payment processors
- Bank transfers for enterprise or institutional purchases
- Other payment methods as indicated during checkout
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
2. Pricing and Fees
2.1 Course Pricing
All course prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
2.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based access:
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscription pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
2.3 Taxes and Additional Fees
Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for:
- Sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or goods and services tax (GST)
- Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider
- International transaction fees if applicable
These additional charges will be calculated and displayed before final payment confirmation.
3. Billing and Invoicing
3.1 Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
3.2 Invoices and Receipts
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Email confirmation of your purchase
- Digital receipt or invoice
- Access credentials if applicable
Invoices can be accessed through your account dashboard at any time.
3.3 Billing Information
You must provide accurate and complete billing information. You agree to update your payment information promptly if changes occur. We are not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect or outdated information.
4. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing
4.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method on file.
4.2 Renewal Notifications
We will send reminder notifications before your subscription renews. However, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel if you do not wish to continue.
4.3 Failed Payments
If automatic renewal payment fails:
- We will attempt to process payment multiple times
- You will receive notification of the failed payment
- Access to subscription services may be suspended until payment is successful
- Your subscription may be cancelled after repeated failed attempts
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Course Purchases
Individual course purchases may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded course materials or certificates
- You submit a refund request through proper channels
5.2 Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide prorated refunds at our discretion in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service cancellation by us
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Completed courses or courses substantially consumed
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable
- Certificate fees or examination fees
- One-time service fees
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing time by your financial institution may vary.
6. Cancellation
6.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

6.2 Cancellation Effective Date
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to services until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period.
6.3 Reactivation
You may reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time, subject to current pricing and terms.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
7.1 Free Trial Terms
When we offer free trials:
- You must provide valid payment information
- You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel
- Only one free trial per user or household
- We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility
7.2 Promotional Pricing
Promotional discounts and special offers:
- Are available for limited time periods
- May have specific eligibility requirements
- Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Apply only to the initial purchase period
- Renewals occur at standard pricing unless otherwise specified
7.3 Coupon Codes
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Codes are non-transferable and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
8.1 Dispute Resolution
If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly at support@spiralflare.sbs before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing issues.
8.2 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of account access
- Termination of services
- Ineligibility for future purchases
- Legal action to recover costs and fees
8.3 Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe a charge is fraudulent or unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Enterprise and Institutional Billing
9.1 Bulk Purchases
Organizations purchasing multiple licenses or seats may be subject to different payment terms, including:
- Net payment terms (e.g., Net 30, Net 60)
- Purchase orders and invoice billing
- Custom payment schedules
- Minimum purchase requirements
9.2 Enterprise Agreements
Separate enterprise agreements may supersede these standard payment terms. Contact our sales team for institutional pricing and terms.
10. Currency and Exchange Rates
All prices are listed in the displayed currency. If your payment method uses a different currency, the amount charged will be converted by your payment processor or financial institution at their current exchange rate. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations.
11. Payment Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information:
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all transactions
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
- Third-party verified security protocols
- Regular security audits and updates
However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure. You use our payment services at your own risk.
12. Late Payments and Collection
For invoice-based billing arrangements:
- Payments are due by the date specified on the invoice
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
- We may engage collection agencies for significantly overdue accounts
- You are responsible for all collection costs and legal fees
13. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. For existing customers:
- You will receive at least 30 days notice of price increases
- Changes apply to renewal periods, not current subscriptions
- You may cancel before the increase takes effect
- Continuing to use services after price changes constitutes acceptance
14. Taxes and Compliance
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your purchase of our services. If we are required to collect taxes, they will be added to your invoice. For tax-exempt organizations, you must provide valid exemption documentation before purchase.
15. Account Credits
In some cases, we may issue account credits for service interruptions, goodwill gestures, or promotional purposes. Account credits:
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Must be used within the specified expiration period
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Apply automatically to future purchases
16. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payment processing services are provided by third-party vendors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:
- Errors or issues with payment processors
- Delays in payment processing
- Security breaches at payment processor level
- Changes to payment processor terms or fees
17. Modifications to Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform.
18. Termination by Spiralflare
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for:
- Non-payment or payment fraud
- Violation of our terms of service
- Abusive or fraudulent use of promotional offers
- Chargebacks or payment disputes determined to be invalid
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

20. Entire Agreement
These Payment Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding payments and billing. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings regarding payment matters.
